2. How does your system manages its users, I am a teacher and I want to sign up for different collection according to the level of my students?
Our book and multimedia collections are categorized according to students’ age brackets. You can set different accounts for each level of users that will suit their educational needs.

3. What are your services that best fits us?
We provide digital contents of different types for educational use. Most of our collections are created for students in different levels and grouped accordingly.

4. I am not a computer savvy so I have a hard time understanding the workflow of this system, do you provide trainings?
Yes, we do provide training for our subscribers.

5. Is single title purchase available or does it come in collection?
We provide our products in package or separate membership type whatever is applicable to each customer.

6. What other languages do your Technical Support cater besides English?
We provide our technical assistance in different languages such as Bahasa Melayu, Bahasa Indonesia, Mandarin, Cantonese, Tagalog and Burmese.
