1. Where can we get a trial access?
Please call up our hotline and subscribe for free trial or fill out a subscription form found in http://demo.alkemlibrary.com. Once signed up, you will be given a username and password to access some of our sample collections.

2. How can access control be of an advantage to us?
Through access control, your contents will only be accessed depending on your customer’s membership type. You have control over which users to allow and deny access to title collection.

3. What type of file formats does your eLearning System accepts to upload?
Most of the common file formats used in uploading videos, audios and pictures are supported by our site (e.g. PDF for eBooks, Flash, AVI, MPG, MP4, WMV, MP3, WAV, JPG, GIF, PNG, etc.)

4. In certain cases, can we do the upload by ourselves?
Just to make sure every content being uploaded in the system is monitored properly, it is best to let Alkem upload your collection to avoid conflicts.

5. What are your services that best fits us?
We support Online Content Publication where you could publish your digital contents online for your users to view wherever, whenever.

6. What other languages do your Technical Support cater besides English?
We provide our technical assistance in different languages such as Bahasa Melayu, Bahasa Indonesia, Mandarin, Cantonese, Tagalog and Burmese.

7. Is single title purchase available or does it come in collection?
We provide our products in package or separate membership type whatever is applicable to each customer.
